The Final Brewdown

Episode 10 of The Common Man Chronicles, “The Final Brewdown,” brings the rebellion to a boil — and the last stand begins with one bitter sip too many.

Deep inside the Buzz-Free facility, Tap-Out prepares to poison the town’s water supply with a chemical designed to erase flavor — and spirit. But just before dawn, in a quiet barn on the edge of town, The Resistance brews a plan: one last, all-or-nothing shot to save Brewsville.

They move under cover of night. Fancy Pants sniffs out a decoy roast in the vents — “Synthetic oils… criminal.” Jane gets to work in a maintenance corridor, baking muffins with more bang than butter. Boogie? He finds chaos the way others find oxygen. And The Common Man leads the charge with a stare that could steep coffee on its own.

Inside the facility, the countdown begins: “Infusion in 60 seconds.” Tap-Out smirks — but he didn’t count on teamwork.

Steam hisses. Valves burst. Boogie yanks wires, Jane hurls muffin-bombs, and Fancy Pants breaks a nail (and a valve) with a French press handle. When Tap-Out swings his cane, The Common Man meets him head-on, fists flying in a storm of coffee mist and grit.

The override is stopped. The villain is flung back. And as the first true sunrise in weeks lights the sky, the town wakes up — one bold cup at a time.
