At Carpenter Coffee Roasters, great coffee is more than a drink—it’s a craft. What began as a passionate hobby in the hands of founder Aaron Goodenough quickly grew into something more. With an obsession for quality and a love for the slow, intentional process of roasting, Aaron began experimenting with ways to brew the perfect cup. He and his wife, Lorrena, brought warmth, vision, and the talent behind the homemade pastries that now complement every pour. Together, they launched Carpenter Coffee Roasters to bring that handmade excellence to their community—one cup, one conversation, one connection at a time.

In 2022, what started in their home became a full-fledged business with the launch of their mobile coffee trailer, quickly gaining traction across local events, neighborhoods, and private functions. From weddings to morning rushes, Carpenter Coffee has become known for its delicious, character-rich drinks and artisan pastries. With a growing customer base and a loyal following, Aaron and Lorrena have kept their focus on consistency, community, and creativity in every aspect of the business.

Now, Carpenter Coffee is entering its next chapter. Plans are underway to open a brick-and-mortar coffee shop, where the experience can go beyond the trailer—offering more space, longer hours, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests to stay, work, and gather. They are also preparing to expand into wholesale supply, partnering with retailers and cafes who share their values of quality and character. At the heart of it all is the same mission: to roast bold, beautiful coffee with the care of a craftsman—and to serve it with love.
