Episode 3 of The Common Man Chronicles, “Buzz Kill,” takes us deep into the shadows of the story—into the dim, cluttered lab of the man known only as Tap-Out. Surrounded by vats, schematics, and strange machines like the ominous “C.A.F.F. Extractor,” Tap-Out plots his mission to rid the world of its most chaotic element: caffeine. For him, order is everything… and nothing disrupts it quite like a cup of high-octane coffee. Or so Tap-Out thinks.

We learn the truth behind Boogie Monster’s sudden appearance—he was an experiment gone awry. The scent of The Common Man’s roast was too much to resist. As Tap-Out watches a muted news broadcast showing The Common Man delivering coffee to a local bakery, his expression darkens. The aroma that drew Boogie away also put The Common Man squarely in his crosshairs.

With a sinister glint in his eye and a fresh vial of decaf formula loaded, Tap-Out’s van screeches into the night, packed with decaf-laced beans and bearing the mark of Buzz-Free Beverages Co. A storm is brewing, and the enemy of buzz is officially on the move…
